Server Uptime.
We know that the major worry for Web Site owners is that server
downtime costs more than just frustration, it costs you customers
and thereby money and reputation. That's why we put a huge effort
into keeping our servers up.
We look upon each web site not as a collection of files, but
as someone's business! The main thing you need is a server which
keeps on performing. Therefore, as well as the standard automatic
monitoring of the network lines and internet connections, we also
employ an independent third party organisation to constantly monitor
our systems.
This means that 24 hours a day, our network, HTML streams and
ASP operation for each of our servers is automatically tested.
In the event that an error is detected, our support staff are
immediately notified, allowing us to quickly and efficiently rectify
problems (in the vast majority of cases before anyone else even
notices!).
When creating a website, we automatically submit your domain
to the major search engines in order to get them listed. Otherwise
it would be like creating a poster and not telling anyone about
it. Clients must be aware that this in no way guarantees that
their website will be listed, and that it may take several weeks
or even months to get picked up by the search engines. We do offer
a service for search engine optimisation. Please
